On the Next Screen: Create An Account (New)
Enter Email
Enter Name
Enter Password
PRESS: Submit
STEP THREE: Very IMPORTANT LAST STEP
Go the Email Account used above
You will have two emails types: One is a Pledge Receipt. The second is key to look for Kindful Account Confirmation.
Find Email from Support@Kindful.com, Subject: Confirmation Instructions
If necessary, Look in Your SPAM Folder
Follow steps to Confirm your Kindful Account
This will prevent Duplicate Contact Entries in Kindful
What Is Kindful? Kindful is a Nashville based company that provides software to nonprofits to simplify member information and donation management. St Augustine’s started transitioning to Kindful in 2018.
By Pledging on Online, your Pledge will be recorded in Kindful. If you do not wish to have your pledge recorded, please use a paper pledge card and mark the appropriate boxes
