Prayer Beads
Twine and beads can be purchased at your local craft store. We recommend thicker twine and beads with larger openings. (Tip: Wrap tip of twine with scotch tape for easier threading)
To make your own beautiful clay beads use oven-bake clay, like sculpey (Please note: different types of clay recommend different temperatures. make sure to read you label! . Use a wooden stick (i.e. wooden skewer) to create the perfect hole for threading twine.
As you thread your beads onto a long piece of twine, prayerfully consider your vision of freedom. Tie a knot as your amen.
We will gather all our beading when we worship together again.
Becca’s Hand Sanitizer Recipe
1 cup alcohol
1/3-1/2 cup Aloe Vera (your choice!)
1/3 cup witch hazel (some people leave this out and just use more Aloe Vera!)
2Tbs carrier oil (olive, coconut, etc…)
60 drops of essential oils (immunity blend, lavender, frankincense, your choice)
Blend and pour into bottles.

Using Frankincense to Cleanse the Air

A few ways to use frankincense.
1- Put a tiny bit of essential oil in a tea pot or diffuser and let it steam into your home.
2-Put a few drops in a bath or hot tub (in bath add some olive oil.)
3-Burn some incense. Light charcoal and allow it to “sizzle” all the way through. Add 1/2 tsp of incense. Ashes can be composted after they cool.
