St. A’s will fill a bus and head to Washington, D.C. for Marcus Hummon’s long-awaited debut of “American Prophet” at Arena Stage.

Friday:
We’ll fly nonstop to D.C.
Once at the hotel, we’ll gather for lunch, songs, stories and discussions around Frederick Douglass.
After a little free time, we’ll have dinner at a local restaurant.
Saturday
Cocktail reception with heavy hors d’oeuvres
Sunday
Eucharist
Lunch* together at local restaurant
Followed by free time until evening flight home.
$180 covers Friday lunch, Saturday museum (free), Saturday evening cocktail reception, theater ticket and all group travel while in D.C.
We are working on a block of tickets for Southwest flights. Departing Nashville Friday the 15th at 10:35AM and returning Sunday on the 7:30PM flight. Estimated cost of flight is $294. Susan will book the block of tickets You are welcome to book your own especially if you want to arrive earlier or stay longer. To be included in the block of Southwest tickets, you must RSVP by March 14th.
Hotel block at Hyatt Place, 400 E Street. Once the trip is confirmed you’ll book your own room.
Hotel cost per room is 2 Queen beds for $179 or 1 King bed for $159.
